Bad news at the Derewala fashion show was Neetu Chandra made a disgusting appearance in a Fuchsia gown but the good news is, since most of her past looks were a debacle, we never really expected much from her.
The age- defying Sharon Prabhakar looked really cute in that green salwar kameez, effortless style isn’t it?
Hip Hop singer Hard Kaur came in her usual raunchy style with nothing new to offer, but for some unknown reasons she looked funny this time, is it her hair?
For the Aashayein screening we saw Sonali Kulkarni casually dressed in denims and nice girlish top. But, what we really liked in here is mixing and matching up so well the yellow bag and red shawl. Girls drop that boring black bag and experiment with some colors like Sonali… just be sure you match the color well with the color of your outfit.

We almost missed this, MTV VJ Ranvijay Singh’s interesting match up of blue checks shirt with black checks jacket on ripped jeans. And what do you have to say for the blue shirt half in and half out… very funky…. very MTV style???
Last week was such a busy week for Jewellery lovers, a whole week was dedicated to different types of Jewellery at the India International Jewellery Week. Deepika Padukone was the show stopper for Farah Ali Khan’s Jewellery collection.

A pioneer in creative and innovative jewellery Varuna D Jani presented the VOW collection. VOW is short for Very Own Wish, gazing at the well crafted jewellery the audience really went WOW!
Gitanjali Jewellers need no introduction they are already a popular Jewellery brand. On day 1, they presented best of Gili, Sangini, D’damas and Asmi collections. If after looking at the pictures you are wondering why are you not in the place of these models, don’t worry we echo the thoughts!
Shyamal Bhumika’s latest Durbar collection had some very rich and royal Kurta and Sherwanis.

We are not sure of Rani in this dress accessorized with the heavy orange beaded necklace, looking very yogi. Perhaps she is heading for a toga party after that!
At the special screening of Peepli Live, Deepika Pandukone was present too and she is always known for her great sense of dressing, here too she maintained her standards. Looking at Divya we are wondering if Dhoti pants are back, what a craze it was in the late eighties.
Not a bad choice Kangana but have to say… simple and she can get away with the flip flops by looking cool!
Paloma faith at Cartier Polo Cup wearing a floral Dolce and Gabbana dress from Fall/Winter 2010 collection. While Geri Haliwell was seen in Herve Leger’s Ombre strapless bandage dress. We think that was one lovely pick by Geri.
Who do you think looked best of all the three, Cat Deeley in a Vintage Maxi Dress or Katherine Jenkins in a Ted Baker Neuva Zip trim dress or is it Leslie Mann in a floral print dress from Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2010 collection? Our vote goes to Leslie and Cat.

Though we don’t like this dress so much, must say Kangana made this printed floral dress work for her. Not to miss is the Louis Vuitton bag personalized for Kangana with K R initials.
Kangana’s this look in the peach dress with slit sleeves is one of those times when we didn’t really like her look. Its extremely ordinary with nothing to turn around heads. While the blue color outfit suits her complexion its not something that’s complimenting her great figure.
Color Red is not for everyone and like Raageshwari can carry off bright red no one else can! Judge it yourself, top Raageshwari in a red dress at the arts in motion event.

Doesn’t she look lovely in that Red strapless gown? Except here her whole face is looking red, a little too much to handle actually.
